How It Works

1

Connect to Services

Complete a short online application so we can understand your situation.
2

Connect via Telehealth

Telehealth is face-to-face video therapy that allows clients to have appointments in real time through confidential video conferencing. To connect, clients need a secure internet connection and a device like a phone, computer, or tablet with audio and video capabilities. We use a secure, private, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software to ensure confidential services.
3

Receive Support

If you qualify, we’ll work together to provide both immediate assistance and long-term guidance.
