Encourage Veterans in Your Community
Here are two ideas you can do from anywhere:
Write Thank You Cards
Write “thank you” or “thinking of you” cards to our veterans. It’s important to let them know someone is thinking of them and they are not alone. HOPE will then deliver the cards to our deserving veterans.

Paint Rocks
Paint rocks with scenes of the American flag or anything that makes you proud to be an American. Then, take your rock and place it on a veteran’s grave, saying their name while remembering the sacrifice they made for our country. If you aren’t close to a national cemetery, you can hide the rock with the saying on the back, “Thank a veteran today.” You can also write “Hope For The Warriors” some place on your rock.
