Programs for Veterans, Service Members and Military Families Fueled by Donation

SPRINGFIELD, Va. (April 7, 2022) – The Car Donation Foundation recently broke $1 million in donated funds to Hope For The Warriors, a national nonprofit dedicated to restoring a sense of self, family and hope for veterans, service members and military families.
Based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota and through its Vehicles For Veterans program, Car Donation Foundation vehicle donation program provides funding to nonprofits with mission’s to build better lives for disabled veterans and their families in need of assistance and support.
Since 2010, Car Donation Foundation’s vehicle donation programs have contributed over $116 million to various nonprofits across the country.
“We are thrilled to reach this $1 million donation milestone to help serve the great cause of Hope For The Warriors,” co-founder of National Fundraising Management, the professional fundraising company benefiting Car Donation Foundation, Randy Heiligman said. “We are excited to continue supporting their impactful work through our Vehicles For Veterans car donation program.”
The donations to Hope For The Warriors continue to be used to fund a variety of its programs, focusing on health and wellness, sports and recreation and transition services.
“Thanks to the financial support of Vehicles for Veterans, we’re able to fund critical programs such as our Drive For Hope program,” said Robin Kelleher, co-founder and president for Hope For The Warriors. “In collaboration with the Driver Rehabilitation Center of Excellence, Hope For The Warriors’ Drive For Hope program is a comprehensive driving program designed to help service members and veterans regain the independence of driving again that was lost as a result of a catastrophic injury.”
