SPRINGFIELD, Va. (Dec. 16, 2021) – Hope For The Warriors’ commitment to accountability and transparency has earned the national military nonprofit GuideStar’s Platinum Seal of Transparency for 2021, the highest level of recognition offered by GuideStar.

According to GuideStar, the Platinum Seal of Transparency indicates that Hope For The Warriors shares clear and important information with the public about its goals, strategies, capabilities, achievements and progress indicators that highlight the difference the military nonprofit makes in its community.

GuideStar’s mission is to revolutionize philanthropy and nonprofit practice by providing information that advances transparency, enabling users to make better decisions, and encourages charitable giving. GuideStar data powers more than 200 charitable websites and applications, including AmazonSmile, Facebook, Network for Good, Just Give, and the major donor-advised funds.

Previously, Hope For The Warriors has earned GuideStar’s Gold Seal of Transparency for nine consecutive years. 

Celebrating 15 years of services, Hope For The Warriors assists veterans, service members and military families with a variety of programming including clinical health and wellness, sports and recreation and transition services.
