Encourage your friends, family, coworkers — and challenge yourself — to a month of physical wellness. Our expert Sports & Recreation Team have created two workout options to help meet your goals.
- Choose your own workout. It can be a walk with the family or an intense training session. All that’s required is you hit 30 minutes.
- A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style workout designed by our staff with certifications in strength, conditioning, and training. (An example could be four rounds of 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 jumping jacks, with 30 seconds of rest in between each round. The workouts are designed for you to complete at home, with no equipment.)
