Warrior’s Compass
Warrior’s Compass, our career resource and coaching assistance program is part of Hope For The Warriors’ comprehensive Transition Services. Warrior’s Compass offers a premier connection to Jobscanproviding access to the best tools to empower job seekers so they can land their dream jobs. Resources provide jobseekers notifications to hiring events and other career expos focusing on veteran and military spouse hiring.   

Warrior’s Compass also introduces free access to JobPath and a community of employers focused on hiring from our veteran and military spouse community.  JobPath also matches current skills and provides support in the following areas: 

  • Job training courses and military skills translation 
  • Candidate matching 
  • Mentorship from other veterans 
  • Building a strong resumé 
  • Access to 1,500+ companies that want to hire veterans 

Our Warrior’s Compass staff will assist in areas of job search, resume review, interview support, career resources, career mapping, and mentorship

Spouse and Caregiver Scholarships 
The Spouse and Caregiver Scholarship Program identifies, recognizes, and rewards post-9/11 spouses and caregivers for their strength, fidelity, and resolve despite adversity. Scholarships aid in continued education at a reputable, accredited university, college, or trade school for spouses and caregivers as they assume critical roles in the financial well-being of their families. 

  • Honorary Scholarship – Awarded to those seeking graduate or post-graduate degrees. 
  • New Beginnings Scholarship – Awarded to those pursuing an associate degree or entry-level classes or training. 
  • Restoring Family Scholarship – Awarded to spouses of the Fallen. 
  • Restoring Hope Scholarship– Awarded to those pursuing a master’s or doctorate of Social Work, Psychology Counseling, or Mental Health Counseling-related field.
  • Restoring Self Scholarship – Awarded to those seeking a bachelor’s degree.
