At Hope For The Warriors, your safety is our top priority, especially with the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We encourage event participants to follow the CDC’s safety guidelines, as well as state and local guidelines concerning COVID. Let’s stay safe and protect others as we gather to support HOPE!

That’s why Hope For The Warriors means so much to me and my husband. It not only made it possible for me to study art, it gave me a safe place to share my experience with others going through something similar. It even helped me understand what my husband and I need to care for ourselves and each other.

FDNY vs. NYPD Hockey Game @ Madison Square Garden

This is the fifth year the FDNY Hockey Team has asked to honor Hope For The Warriors veterans before the game, and host them for the game. All guests must provide proof of a Covid 19 vaccination to enter the building.

Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade @ New York City
Nov 24 @ 7:30 am – 12:30 pm

This annual event is hosted by Macy’s, New York City and its partners. The NYPD and FDNY have invited HOPE and 50 guests to watch the show from a secure viewing area.

NYC Tree Lighting @ Rockefeller Center, New York City
Dec 1 @ 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

In New York, the Tree Lighting Ceremony right after Thanksgiving is the official start of the Holiday season. The Tree Lighting Ceremony attracts tons of people every year. Of course, the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center is the highlight from tourist coming to New York from all over the world during Christmas time. The NYPD is inviting HOPE and a number of guests to attend and watch the event from a semi-private viewing area.

Each year Hope For The Warriors is invited by the NYPD to share a reserved spot in Time Square to watch the ball drop.
