That’s why Hope For The Warriors means so much to me and my husband. It not only made it possible for me to study art, it gave me a safe place to share my experience with others going through something similar. It even helped me understand what my husband and I need to care for ourselves and each other.

30 minutes of activity for 30 days. From Sunday, April 26 to Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. We can do this together.
Encourage your friends, family, coworkers — and challenge yourself — to a month of physical wellness. Our expert Sports & Recreation Team have created two workout options to help meet your goals.
- Choose your own workout. It can be a walk with the family or an intense training session. All that’s required is you hit 30 minutes.
- A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style workout designed by our staff with certifications in strength, conditioning, and training. (An example could be four rounds of 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 jumping jacks, with 30 seconds of rest in between each round. The workouts are designed for you to complete at home, with no equipment.)
With your registration, you’ll receive daily emails with your workouts. Register today through April 24, 2020 at 11:59 pm, to join the 30×30 Virtual Fitness Challenge.
Join us at the 11th Annual Hope For The Warriors Invitational at River Landing Country Club in Wallace, North Carolina, August 15-17, 2020. Our time together will be spent playing golf, attending the always memorable Warrior Night dinner, telling and listening to stories, rocking out at the street party, and meeting some true American heroes.
