At Hope For The Warriors, your safety is our top priority, especially with the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We encourage event participants to follow the CDC’s safety guidelines, as well as state and local guidelines concerning COVID. Let’s stay safe and protect others as we gather to support HOPE!
That’s why Hope For The Warriors means so much to me and my husband. It not only made it possible for me to study art, it gave me a safe place to share my experience with others going through something similar. It even helped me understand what my husband and I need to care for ourselves and each other.

30 minutes of activity for 30 days. From Sunday, April 26 to Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. We can do this together.
Encourage your friends, family, coworkers — and challenge yourself — to a month of physical wellness. Our expert Sports & Recreation Team have created two workout options to help meet your goals.
- Choose your own workout. It can be a walk with the family or an intense training session. All that’s required is you hit 30 minutes.
- A HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style workout designed by our staff with certifications in strength, conditioning, and training. (An example could be four rounds of 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 jumping jacks, with 30 seconds of rest in between each round. The workouts are designed for you to complete at home, with no equipment.)
With your registration, you’ll receive daily emails with your workouts. Register today through April 24, 2020 at 11:59 pm, to join the 30×30 Virtual Fitness Challenge.
Let’s SHOOT DOWN PTSD with Hope For The Warriors.
Nearly 300,000 veterans who have returned from Iraq and Afghanistan are currently dealing with the effects and challenges of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), according to the Veterans Administration.
This year, we’re aiming to bring awareness of PTSD in the veteran community and showing how Hope For The Warriors walks alongside veterans and their families as they navigate life after service. Programs offered by Hope For The Warriors help build resiliency, which is critical to combating the effects of post-traumatic stress.
Hope For The Warriors advocates for the entire military family by offering numerous programs and activities for post-traumatic growth. Once the seed of HOPE is planted, our goal is to help them feel connected and to thrive.
Together, we can have a life-changing impact on the warrior community. It goes deeper than an appreciation for the sacrifices and challenges of all of our veterans and their families. It’s about investing in programs and services, as well as the people, who are dedicated to fostering that growth and success.
