Nadine Cannon is a Licensed Clinic Social Worker (LCSW) with 13 years of experience providing services to children, adolescents, families, and individuals.
Nadine is a trauma informed therapist working with individuals while utilizing these different modalities: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Skills (EMDR), Collaborative Assessment for Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). Nadine is also trained in Level 1 and 2 for Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She graduated in May 2017 from UNCW with her Masters in Social Work. She also has a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Methodist University. Nadine currently is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and can supervise LCSW-As for clinical supervision.
Nadine strives to be an advocate for ending negative mental health stigma, discrimination, and works to create a therapeutic environment without shame, blame or stigma.
Nadine enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her pets, searching for beach glass, and creating art.
