Jessi Freeman serves as the Clinic Operations Manager for the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Hope For The Warriors. Jessi has been with the clinic since soft launch, first serving at the front desk, then as Office Manager prior to her current role. Jessi oversees clinic and financial operations and directly supervises all administrative staff. She is passionate about her work at the clinic and strives every day to put her best foot forward hoping to continuously improve clinic functions and extend the reach of services. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree for Business Administration and plans to obtain her Master’s in Business Administration and Non-Profit Management.

Prior to joining the team, Jessi worked directly with the military population aboard the Naval Hospital on Camp Lejeune. There she provided direct mental health services and coordinated care with the commands of Active-Duty in an intake role with their substance abuse program. At Naval, Jessi also worked with their referral department and various department heads throughout the hospital to process outgoing referrals while advocating for military families and their healthcare needs. 

Jessi is passionate about working with the military community and is an advocate for mental health awareness. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting, playing with her Pit Bull Maggie, and riding her motorcycle.
