For years, Hope For The Warriors grew our impact across the country through the plethora of in-person events. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March of 2020 and shut down the country, we quickly realized the need to pivot to virtual offerings to continue to meet the ever-growing needs of our community.
Fresh on the heels of the country’s shutdown, we offered our very first 30×30 Virtual Wellness Challenge, designed to meet our community where they were – at home. Our community banded together to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity a day for 30 days while paying tribute to 30 fallen service members throughout the month of May.
Although 2020 didn’t turn out the way we expected, and we are still feeling the impact of the pandemic and subsequent policies today, that year proved that no matter what, the HOPE community is RESILIENT. And we’re proud to be a part of such a strong community as we head into the future.
