PFC Adam Putt
Thank you for considering me for the A Warrior's Wish, it means a lot to me that there are so many
people and organizations willing to help out all of wounded solders.
My wish was for a Sleep Number Bed from Select Comfort, due to the all of
my injuries I have had my right leg amputated at the knee, left foot broken, seven brakes in my pelvis and some internal injuries. I have been
told by all of the Doctors that I will have long term problems with my pelvis and left leg, I will have bad arthritis and a soft supportive
bed will be the best to help release the pain. I appreciate your consideration for my wish for I'm looking ahead at long term recovery and
issues that may arise later down the road. Thank you so much for everything that you and your organization has done.
Sincerely PFC Adam Putt
