On October 25, 2009, nearly 30,000 runners and twice as many spectators will converge on Washington, DC to participate in the country’s
fourth largest marathon—The Marine Corps Marathon. It’s an incredible day marked by hope and pride in our country, but it’s easy to get
lost in a crowd that size. As a member of Team Hope for the Warriors™, you’ll never have that worry. You’ll be surrounded by camaraderie and
support, plus you’ll know that your miles will continue to have meaning way beyond the finish line as the funds you raise go directly to
Hope for the Warriors™ programs.
We are currently sold out of bibs for this year's race: however, you can join the team if you have your own bib and fundraise to support our mission.
You’ll immediately receive a welcome packet with directions for
fundraising, a team bag and training tips. We’ll continue to support you through the long months of training and the incentives continue
as the miles and donations increase. On race weekend, we’ll all gather for a pre race dinner, than we’ll be there at the team tent in
charity village to greet you at the finish line. It’s an experience like no other so don’t miss out!
